Order Processing Time

At Shop Today LLC, we strive to process all orders promptly, typically within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In the event of a high order volume, there might be a slight delay in shipments. We appreciate your patience, and if there’s a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you promptly via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) exclusively within the United States.
Regrettably, we do not ship to certain regions, including American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that Shop Today LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping, such as tariffs or taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs-related charges may be applied once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility, and we cannot cover these fees. Any delays caused by your country’s customs department are beyond our control.

Damages

While we take utmost care in packaging, Shop Today LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Ensure you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.

Disclaimer

In cases of returned packages due to customer errors, such as an address mistake, the customer will bear any incurred shipping fees. The refund will be issued for the item value minus the shipping cost.

Sale Items, Exchanges, and Gifts

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges or any inquiries, please reach out to us at [email protected]

Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. For items not marked as gifts, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

Order Cancellation

You can receive a full refund, including Shipping & Handling, if you cancel your order before it is shipped.
